Self-Hosting Arize AX: Licensing and Cost Considerations

Hey team, I was able to host Arize Phoenix in Azure portal using the AKS. I am also able to use it now without any SSL errors. I wanted to know that is it possible to self host the Arize AX platform as well? Yes I have seen the documentation, but I have doubts around the licensing and things around that, will it cost me to get Arize AX self hosted? Cost to use the Arize (I am aware of the cost Azure components, that is on my subscription)
