Dear team, I hope all is great. I was going to open a feature/issue, but decided to come here before to double check if I am not doing something wrong about retroactive pricing. Can you help me with advice? Here is the planned github issue:
"Hello team, I hope this format is the correct one. From a fresh install, the traces are being correctly stored. Now, after a few requests, I setup a custom model with Start date a few years back and added a cost. After applying configuration, the new traces do estimate cost. However, not the past ones. I followed this document: arize.com/docs/…/cost-tracking and I did not configure anything but the custom model. I am not sure if this should be a feature, or if it is a bug, or perhaps I did something wrong. The chat agent mentoined there is no retroactive pricing information on the document. Any way to apply?"
