Hi Nancy, thanks for getting back to me! I'm using typescript but I think I got it to work yesterday. It was an OTel payload issue which was sending a json instead of protobuf. I'm don't fully understand the fix but it works now ahah Happy to provide some code extracts if others are having issues with this stack

Hi all! I'm Ben, franco-british based in Boston. Official job is Principal Product Manager but I love to code, design and all other things product related so I do that on a side project. Troubleshooting Arize AX Trace Issues with Agents in Supabase Edge Functions on Remote Environments

Hi all, I'm having issues with getting traces in Arize AX for an agent running inside a Supabase Edge Function. It works fine when I run it locally but as soon as I run it on my staging or production remote environments I'm not getting the traces. Is there any known issues between Arize and Supabase/Deno?
