The steps i took:
Clicked on Create instance on Azure Managed Arize Page (https://portal.azure.com/#browse/arizeai.observabilityeval%2Forganizations)
Entered Subscription Details, Resource Group, US East region, PayG model.
I haven't given my number(not sure if this is required)
And created the instance where this was giving 500 Error.
