New Enhancements to Arize Monitors: Alert Status Graph & UX Improvements

🚨New Monitor Visualization 🚨 We've rolled out enhancements to Arize monitors. What's new:

Alert Status Graph: Maps directly to the alerts users see, giving a transparent and seamless way to line up alerts with the real-time metric visualization. Note: you may need to zoom into specific dates to see all alerts.
Cleaner UX: 'nuff said
