Troubleshooting GRPC Timeout Error When Creating New Project

Hi team, I’ve been trying to create a new project, but no luck. It keeps showing this error

E0000 00:00:1733280056.883459 5076990 init.cc:229] grpc_wait_for_shutdown_with_timeout() timed out.

I tried to run phoenix locally but it show this error
