Hi team, I’ve been trying to create a new project, but no luck. It keeps showing this error

I’m in the Indochina Time (ICT) timezone, which is UTC+7

I tried to run phoenix locally but it show this error

When I try to connect to the Phoenix server, an error occurs when importing the register function.

Is there a library conflict when I run pip install?
