Understanding Dataset vs Upload Data in Pro Plan

I just got the Pro plan and was looking over the application. What is Dataset vs upload data. I would like to dump my data in the Dataset but there was not way to import CSVs

Upload Data is where you would send inference data to Arize - there's an option to upload data via CSV, among many other options. Docs here Datasets is a subset of your data curated for evaluation and experiments -- e.g. if there are specific LLM spans such as ones that indicate user frustration you want to save to test prompt changes. Docs here. At the moment, there isn't an option to load examples to a dataset via CSV, but curious to learn more about your specific use case to share with the Product team.

Jason Ya, we are using LLMs for chat interface with our customers. We are using LLM routers and tools. We have some historical data which I wanted to important to the GenAI interafce to do some evaluation. What is the best way to get started with our usecase? https://www.missio.ai/
