Creating Custom Model Endpoint: Domain and Error Troubleshooting

hi, i want to create custom model endpoint but: 1. no matter what I put in fields (correct data or random letters), I'm getting an error, see screen 2. I need to add your domain to our firewall. Is app.arize.com (http://app.arize.com) the correct domain from which request will be send? 1. Will they are http(s) requests or sth else?
