Troubleshooting User Invitation Issues in Arize Space

Quick question, I am trying to add a member of my team to my Arize space, but I am getting the error: Could not invite user to account due to the following errors: User already exists in account However when I search for their email in existing members of my account they don't show up. How can I add them as admin member to the account/org/space?
