Seeking Help for Full Explanations on LLM Testing Issues

Bringing this back out here. I'm struggling. I've not been able to see full explanations. I've tried different LLMs. Test in Code seems broken. Can someone please provide full solution on how to see the full eval explanation?

We want humans to quickly go through the full list of explanations and not have to use the Prompt Playground for each one.
