Hi, question about your trust center: How to download or access your ISO 27001 certificate? We need this for security evaluation.

@herald This is not correct. The Trust center at arize.com/trust-center states that the software has this certificate. How to contact the support team?

🔒[private user] I am the one responsible for this. We do have an additional security officer. However, he want from me to provide the certificate for him. Is there any way to let him access the certificate?

Since we currently introducing the software., we don't have an NDA yet. How is process at your end? I create an account in the trust center and you send me an NDA paper?

Yes, thank you. But where do I find your NDA to sign it? Every company handles this differently. Maybe you can point me in the right direction.
