Troubleshooting Graph Trace Discrepancies Between Dev and Prod Environments

Hi there! I am having a challenge between dev and prod, in my local I get graph traces, no problem.. in our prod app, no graph traces are coming through. Interestingly in the same file there is a one off chat that IS properly traced in prod, but everything after that (all graph methods) are not. Do folks know what common challenges might be present that create this disparity?
