Setting Up Monitors on Arize to Categorize User Intent and Out of Scope Requests

Hi Guys, just wanted to check something out with you guys. We're trying to set up some user input insights. We found this to be a good starting point. Thinking about treating arize as a one stop shop for all things observable, we were wondering if we could set up some monitors/jobs on Arize to categorise user intent / out of scope requests etc. Is this something we can set up easily on Arize itself? Our intuition was to do some analysis in the agent run time, export as span attributes and set up the monitors on the Arize side for this.
