Assistance Needed for Vertex Integration Setup with Arize

Hi Arize team, my team and I are current testing out Arize. I'm currently having some issues setting up the Vertex integration. Was following the docs but am encountering some errors. Is there someone available to assist?

Am I supposed to create an ArizeApp Service Account on gcloud?

Based on the docs it looks like it needs to be Arize's app service account? But I'm unable to user it from my organization
