Troubleshooting Custom Model Endpoint Creation in Arize with OctoAI

Hi! I signed up for an Arize account today and am trying to add a custom model endpoint to my organization. My company uses OctoAI for LLM inference, and their API is OpenAI compatible. But when I try to add the endpoint I get an error saying "Unable to create custom model endpoint". Am I missing something?
