Comparing Pro vs. Enterprise Plans: Concerns Over Limitations and Transparency

How can I compare the features of the pro plan and the enterprise plan? I am frustrated by the unpublished limitations of the pro plan especially the restrictive rate limits on offline evaluations. Also I am questioning some of the design decisions made by Arize to support offline evals e.g. offline evals cannot be run on spans older than 30 days 🫠. I no longer feel confident about the product or its ability to handle our needs. Some transparency would be very helpful if this product is expected to gain traction.
