Help Needed: Arize Integration Error on Second Project

Hi, i have been trying to integrate arize, it is working on project 1, but 2nd project is giving error even after upgrade.

record has exceeded your active projects and models limit

please help

just to give some context. if i swap out the api key to other pair, then it starts to send it to the free account. i am having trouble with this particular paid account only. i want all spans to come to the same account . code is working code, its something to do with arize sdk or key.

admin@heynoah.io is the accont. only 1 account, it was free and we upgraded, but the 1st project is working but not the 2nd project.
