Guide to Setting LLM_INVOCATION_PARAMETERS for Logging Requests

is there a doc on how to set LLM_INVOCATION_PARAMETERS like this? https://docs.arize.com/arize/large-language-models/tracing/semantic-conventions I can't seem to log requests with LLM_INVOCATION_PARAMETERS

here's what i'm doing right now:

    for key, value in optional_params.items():
        span.set_attribute(f"{SpanAttributes.LLM_INVOCATION_PARAMETERS}.{key}", str(value))
