Assistance Needed for Arize AI Setup and Account Issues

I have subscribed to Arize AI in my Azure account. I was told I would be reached too to finish the setup but I have never been reached out too. I try to Open Saas Account on Arize's website but it says session failed. Any help would be great, thanks!
