Issues Inviting Team Members: Error Messages and User Existence Conflicts

Hi, Similar to Harsh V. I am having an issue inviting any team members. (Or indeed seeing their invites)

1.
invite by email gives me a generic (there is an error, contact support) message
2.
generate password approach tells me (user already exists)

The users do not appear to exist at any level. (org/space) Thank you.

Hey Laurie, they were but have deleted the user from the account this morning.

Could not create user due to the following errors: Variable "$input" got invalid value { email: "joe.bloggs@example.com", name: "Joe Bloggs", accountRole: "admin", developerAccessEnabled: false }; Field "developerAccessEnabled" is not defined by type "CreateUserMutationInput".

Since deleting his account the user sees the following error when trying to login.

Sign in with OAuth provider unsuccessful
