How to Create a New Project in Arize AX: Step-by-Step Guide for New Users

Can someone help me with a dumb question? How do I create a project in Arize AX? I registered a new account and when I click on the Tracing Projects link on the left pane, this is what I see. I've scoured the UI and not found any place where I can create a new project.
