Arize Phoenix Adds Amazon Bedrock and OpenAI Support for Evals

Arize Phoenix has now added to Evals: ✅ Amazon Bedrock Support ✅ OpenAI Direct Library Support Teams can now run their LLM Evals with Bedrock! Teams can also collect data at a Trace level across any OpenAI call! The OpenAI trace data allows for Evals from direct OpenAI calls and makes it really easy to trace your OpenAI calls and apply tests to them.
