Using human_vs_ai Template for Arize Evaluations

Hi everyone, I have a question on evaluations using Arize. I am planning to use the "human_vs_ai" template for evaluation. The Human Ground Truth Answer is here: {latest.userannotation.eval_column_name.label } - does anyone know where this comes from and how I can populate the dataset using this variable?
