Seeking to Contribute to the Phoenix Project as a Software Engineer

Hi! I'm Victory Nwani; software engineer and technical writer (occassionaly). I came across the Phoenix project and love it! I would also love to become an active code contributor since it's an OSS project and the current GH issues are within my domain.
