Hello I am using Phoenix Arize and noticed that my trace is capped at 50 trace points. What I mean for example is on the screenshot, there's 7 trace points. I can't see the remaining trace points post 50. It won't let me scroll any further. Any idea how this can be fixed? Thanks.
Hi Alex. Can you try the latest version of phoenix? The limit has been increased from 50 to 1000 in a recent update.
Thanks I just tried testing with arize-phoenix==3.17.1 and still limited at 50. Do I need to update any of the following? thanks
llama-index==0.10.13
llama-index-callbacks-arize-phoenix==0.1.4
llama-index-callbacks-openinference==0.1.4 openinference-instrumentation-llama-index==1.1.1no, you don’t need to update those. Can you try refreshing your browser? It could be caching an older version
thanks Roger let me try that!
hmm removing browser cache / restarting jupyter kernel doesn't seem to work.
you’re referring to the tree inside the Trace Details panel, right?
yes. the tree is always limited to 50 tabs.
if I scroll to the bottom it's kinda cutoff.
but on the home page you’re able to see more spans?
when you expand it under Traces on the homepage?
it seems to have no problem displaying more than 50 on my end
expanding it on the homepage
ok so on the homepage, I can click the dropdown on the left to expand dropdown (not opening modal) just like your 2nd video. and I can see it the final part with (syntheize > chunking > chunking > llm) BUT if I click on the llm tab to open the modal, it just shows me the 2nd screenshot which is only the synthesize tab. I can't see the llm of what I did to synthesize
i see. that’s cut off. hm
