OAuth Login Issue: Unable to Access Phoenix Account

Team, I am recently getting this when I attempt to login into Phoenix. Till 06/11 I was able to login to phoenix using one of my gmail accounts using which I opted for a sign in. I am not sure why this page comes up now and says to me as OAuth failed.

Hi Shibashis B. I’m sorry you’re having auth problems, we recently made some changes that hopefully can be sorted out cc: Kiko C.

Is there any specific detail you might be able to give us about what you’re seeing?

Sorry that you are facing this issue Shibashis B. we are aware of an authentication bug with Phoenix and are working hard on a fix. In the meantime can you try navigating to https://app.phoenix.arize.com/logout and trying to log in there

I created the account based on my google email id, so it is bouncing back from and posting the oauth failure.

Google in particular is suffering another issue with a worldwide google cloud service outage unfortunately

Github and email/pass authentication is working however, although I understand this does not help you in this case

So if I sign up with a different email as a different instance that will let login now?

Yes Sir I understood that. My projects and data will stay in the previous user instance. I wanted to utilize the space now so thought of a different account in the meantime.

New user is still not going to the Phoenix UI, where I was able to see the projects + traces. Domain configuration pending

that is the marketing URL (which is down due to google outage) try this url https://app.arize.com/auth/phoenix/login
