Hi guys - we hit the storage limit for the cloud solution. I tried emailing phoenix-support@arize.com but I was told I cannot post to that group. Where's the right place to request an increase? Thanks for your assistance with this matter.
It could be possible that the storage limit issue is due to the Phoenix Cloud's 10GB storage cap. Though I'm not entirely certain, it might be that you need to delete some data to re-enable writes or consider self-hosting for more storage.
