Troubleshooting arize-phoenix in AWS Sagemaker Notebook

Hi Team, I am trying to use arize-phoenix in a AWS Sagemaker Notebook but get the below error while opening the url or notebook app. Has anyone tried phoenix in AWS Sagemaker? Any pointers would be helpful:
