Exporting Data from OpenAIInstrument() Without Active Session

Hey Everyone, I am just curious if I can export data from OpenAIInstrument().instrument() directly without phoenix active session?

girijesh s. One other note OTEL has some nice tools like the: ConsoleSpanExporter (look up how to use on ChatGPT) If you just want to print the spans locally as they are sending.
