It could be possible that Phoenix does not natively support adding Slack, email, or custom triggers (like error or condition-based triggers) directly in the platform UI or core product. There is an open feature request for triggers/webhooks, with user interest in notifications for new traces, annotations, and other events, but this is not yet implemented as a built-in feature according to the current GitHub issues and documentation. Some email notification functionality (e.g., SMTP for user invites) exists for admin/user management, but not for error or condition-based triggers in observability workflows.
