Phoenix Cloud instance stuck setting up after interrupted trace deletes; all endpoints return 503

Phoenix Cloud instance stuck on "Setting up your AI development environment" (503) Space: setiawan-adhi999 (app.phoenix.arize.com/s/setiawan-adhi999) Since about 16:00 WIB (09:00 UTC) on Oct 7, the UI shows "Setting up your AI development environment" and never redirects. All API endpoints (/healthz, /v1/projects, /v1/projects/{id}/spans) return 503 with an empty body. My other Phoenix account works normally, so this seems limited to this instance. Right before it went down, I was cleaning up old traces in project genex-chatbot-memory via DELETE /v1/traces/{id} (278 traces in ~50s; 254 succeeded, 24 returned 500). Could someone check whether the instance crashed and help restore it? Also, is there any risk of data inconsistency from the interrupted deletes?
