Integrating Phoenix with Grafana: Documentation and Guide

Hi, Can I integrate Phoenix with grafana. If yes how can I do that any documentation which I can refer.

Yes, Phoenix can be integrated with Grafana. According to a GitHub issue, when Phoenix is deployed via a container, it should contain Prometheus and export metrics via the Prometheus endpoint for scraping, which can then be visualized using Grafana.Would you like more details on setting this up? Hi Ruchika B. 👋 There is no integration between Phoenix and Grafana. Can you help us understand what you are trying to accomplish with Grafana that is not available in Phoenix?

Hi Ruchika B., I'm afraid I'm not deep enough in the details with Grafana to be able to provide detailed instructions. At a high-level, you would need to send OpenInference traces to an OTel collector that is compatible with Grafana. While you'll still be able to view the traces and their attributes as JSON, Grafana will not know how to interpret OpenInference attributes in the same way as Phoenix, so the experience won't be "OpenInference-native".
