Understanding PHOENIX_CLIENT_HEADERS Formatting Issues

My PHOENIX_CLIENT_HEADERS is formatted as such:

api_key=<...api_key...>

But there is a colon in the between this alleged authorization token and this other token which I don't know what it is example:
