Issues Adding New Team Members to Org/Space

Am unable to add new team-members to my Org/Space. Keeps saying the member already exists but then the emails/names doesn't show up anywhere

Saurabh K. This might because they signed up for Arize in different account. Can you DM us details - email of account and invitee?
