Troubleshooting Arize AX Trace Issues with Agents in Supabase Edge Functions on Remote Environments

Hi all, I'm having issues with getting traces in Arize AX for an agent running inside a Supabase Edge Function. It works fine when I run it locally but as soon as I run it on my staging or production remote environments I'm not getting the traces. Is there any known issues between Arize and Supabase/Deno?

Hi Nancy, thanks for getting back to me! I'm using typescript but I think I got it to work yesterday. It was an OTel payload issue which was sending a json instead of protobuf. I'm don't fully understand the fix but it works now ahah Happy to provide some code extracts if others are having issues with this stack
