Arize AX Pro Plan: Why Are Project Traces Taking Up to 8 Hours to Appear?

Hi, I am using Arize AX Pro plan, and the traces from my projects are taking up to 8 hours to show up in the platform, is this the normal behavior? can i do something to improve this times, its proving really difficult to troubleshoot like this.
