Troubleshooting Phoenix Code Execution on Browser Access Issues

Hi team, I am going through this https://github.com/Arize-ai/phoenix#tracing-with-langchain and trying to run code. But not showing anything on browser with this URL http://127.0.0.1:6006/ Any solution please.

Thanks for trying out Phoenix Santosh W.! Would you mind providing more details such as your OS and steps to reproduce by filling out a bug report?

I've tested and the notebook runs successfully on Colab.

Are you hitting run all on the notebook and seeing this issue?

Also curious, what do you see when you click on the Phoenix session URL?

I did session = px.launch_app(host="localhost", port=6007)

It looks like you're launching Phoenix on a non-default port and the UI is not showing up. Have you tried launching Phoenix without passing the port parameter to launch_app?

Can you also send the version number? You can find this with pip freeze | grep arize-phoenix.

Do you see anything on at http://localhost:6007/tracing or the equivalent after setting the correct port number?

I used default one now but no luck.

Looks like you're launching Phoenix from a script. Do you experience the same issue when using a notebook?
