Troubleshooting Missing Alyx Feature in Arize AI Platform Account

Hi 👋 I'm new to Arize AI platform and I cannot find Alyx in my account on https://app.eu-west-1a.arize.com/. I have tried all the options mentioned in the docs: https://arize.com/docs/ax/alyx. There is no link on the bottom RHS of the traces page for example. Is it disabled in some accounts or what might I be missing? Apart from possibly a new pair of glasses!
