Troubleshooting User Invitation Error with SSO Configured but Not Enabled and Role Mappings in Place

Hi Similar to Carden tried to invite a user but received the follow message Could not invite user to account due to the following errors: We couldn't complete this invite. If you believe this is an error, contact support. We do have sso configured but not enabled. Role mappings are also set. But sync permissions on each login is not toggled on. Any help would be greatly appreciated
