Unable to Add Previously Created Account to Organization; No Option to Delete Account in UI

hey guys, im having a problem where i had an account previously created (isaac@grovehq.com) and my org admin is not being able to add me to the org. his being able to add people who didnt create their accounts previously. i would try to delete my account so they'd try again, but we dont seem to have this option on the ui.
