I have a question about the embeddings visualizer, so as of right now the only way to see the cluster visualization would be to make an embedding dataframe and use that with the px.schema?

Alex S. right now that's the only way yes. See example here (https://github.com/Arize-ai/phoenix/blob/main/tutorials/ragas_retrieval_evals_tutorial.ipynb) We plan on projecting all dense embeddings and cluster based on embadding spans but right now this is the only way: query for embeddings and project them.
