Extracting Traces from Phoenix: Documentation and Feedback Needed

Hey raghad you can pull traces out of phoenix using it's client (https://docs.arize.com/phoenix/tracing/how-to-tracing/extract-data-from-spans). I think the docs are pretty hard to follow so I've filed a ticket to enhance this. Being able to download traces from the UI would also be a great feature so if you have any feedback on your workflow (e.g. download from the UI) - drop us an issue! (https://github.com/Arize-ai/phoenix/issues)
