Request for Review: 100+ LLMs Added to Phoenix via LiteLLM PR

Hi team made a PR to add 100+ LLMs using LiteLLM to Phoenix - when possible can i get a review on it: https://github.com/Arize-ai/phoenix/pull/1394

Hey Ishaan, we will run some investigations and get back to you. We are still actively working on our evals so it might be some time before we can fully circle back to this. Thanks for your PR and bringing your library to our attention!
