Hey Ayub K. - the two platforms have fairly different scopes. DeepEval lets you define and run evals on test cases for your application - this is similar to Arize's Experiments feature. Arize has a whole suite of features beyond this: tracing, prompt management, prompt playground, online evals, production monitoring, AI copilot, dashboarding, etc.
We actually have some users who use DeepEval to calculate eval metrics within Arize. Both Arize AX and Arize Phoenix let you either use our evaluation library, define your own, or bring a third party option.
Hope that helps, let me know if there's something more specific you'd like to dive into!
