Hello everyone! I'm Andy, originally from the UK, but spent the last 25 years (and counting) in the Seattle area, where I co-founded a UX Research business that served all the big tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, AWS). Focus has been research in complex tech (cloud platforms and services, Dev tools, ML/AI) and building research products - always hands-on. Exited the business and now building research products, evals, etc. as an army of one - have a research tool coming out soon.
