Can Deleted Phoenix Projects Be Recreated in Kubernetes?

Morning all - thanks for the continued support! Quick question - I sent a request to a new phoenix project locally - project created, trace worked - a ok! deleted project (thinking about emptying it), deployed to K8s and all traces were not recorded, project not re-created. confirmed that traces sent locally also did not recreate project. Is it the case that once a project with a name is deleted, it cannot be recreated?
