Missing Save Button and Prompts Section in Gemini Playground

I’m following the tutorial https://docs.arize.com/phoenix/prompt-engineering/how-to-prompts/create-a-prompt, but I don’t see the “Save” button in Playground. I’m using Gemini, did I miss anything? Also, I don’t see the Prompts section in the left navigation.

Ensure you have an API key set for the LLM provider in the Playground. The "Save" button should appear in the header of the prompt section on the right side of the Playground interface. I’ve configured API key and run a prompt at right successfully.

The problem is the same even I upgraded arize-phoenix to the latest version.
