Hi everyone. I'm trying to set up Phoenix with Flowise since the beginning of the day, without result! Inside Flowise, I set the endpoint "https://app.phoenix.arize.com" and my created API then I save the config and talk with my bot. When I look at my Phoenix dashboard, I have nothing. Should I miss something ? I think that the issue comes from the endpoint URL, but I tried also "https://app.phoenix.arize.com/v1/traces" and "https://app.phoenix.arize.com/s/m-platini/v1/traces" without success.
For Phoenix Cloud, the correct collector endpoint for Flowise is https://app.phoenix.arize.com/s/<your-space> /v1/traces, where <your-space> is your Phoenix Cloud space name. You must also set your Phoenix API key in the Flowise configuration. Using just https://app.phoenix.arize.com or https://app.phoenix.arize.com/v1/traces will not work, as these are not the correct endpoints for trace collection in Phoenix Cloud. Make sure your API key is valid and that you are using the full endpoint with your space name included, e.g., https://app.phoenix.arize.com/s/m-platini/v1/traces if your space is m-platini (source). If you still see nothing in your dashboard, double-check that your API key is set correctly and that your Flowise project name matches the Phoenix project you are viewing. Also, ensure you are not using the /v1/traces endpoint in your browser, as it is only for trace ingestion, not for viewing the UI (source, source).Would you like more detail or troubleshooting steps?Sources:

Thank you for your quick answer. I tried also with a self hosted version of Phoenix based on Kubernetes and I have the same issue.
I have set up my account on Arize AX and set the API on Flowise
Nop, not for the moment (space_id is the the same, I just drop few letters on the first capture)
Maybe the endpoint is not the right one?
Did you navigate to settings and make a new API key
Yes sure,
the endpoint shouldnt be the issue here
taking a look again
The API key is a "User Key" not a "Service Key" right ?
Yes, the bot is running
But no trace on my interface
Okey, the issue is from my side. Using the flowise official website, I have the traces. Using a self hosted version of flowise, I don't have any trace. I'll investigate it
