Hello Team, I am trying to run a code along to try out "Evals for Agents with Arize" I am getting an error and looks like I don't have any "Credit balance". I thought I can tryout for free. Is it not? For the lines: result = await financial_report("TSLA", "financial performance and growth outlook") print(result) The error I am getting is :

Nuwan H. I see two issues here that need to get addressed. Let's take a closer look at each. . Issue 1: "Credit balance is too low..." . It appears that this message is coming from the LLM provider that you are using to run the evaluations. . The verbiage in the message suggests that you are using Anthropic. Did you set up credits in https://platform.claude.com/ ?

Issue 2: The 401 error . This appears to be coming from Phoenix.
Are you using the docker container or cloud version of Phoenix?
Are the environmental variables configured?
Is the token that you are using associated with a user that has correct permissions?

Thanks for replying JR. On the Phoenix side:
Are you using the docker container or cloud version of Phoenix? NO
Are the environmental variables configured? Yes ( have 3 environment variables configured in the colab)
Is the token that you are using associated with a user that has correct permissions? I have created the "space" so I should be admin (I am not familiar with the Phoenix to tell exactly).
On Claude side: I am using Claude as "Evaluation access" It has no credit balance under my account. Is that the problem why this is failing? I am trying out https://www.datacamp.com/code-along/evals-for-agents-with-arize to see how thing wired together. Thanks, Nuwan

Nuwan H. I ran into similar issues when first using Claude via API. I had to setup credits. Since you are using Claude to perform evals, you will need credits in that account.

You may wish to make sure that your endpoint is also correct. If you are trying to authenticate to the wrong endpoint that could be an issue as well. . For cloud, with spaces, it should look something like: https://app.phoenix.arize.com/s/<space-name>/v1/traces . Initial endpoint doc: https://arize.com/docs/phoenix/resources/frequently-asked-questions/what-is-my-phoenix-endpoint . Update to reflect spaces https://arize.com/docs/phoenix/resources/frequently-asked-questions/phoenix-cloud-migration-guide-legacy-to-new-version . You might want to try setting up a new API key under settings as well. Good Luck!
