Creating an Organization and Space in Phoenix: UI Guide

Hello everyone, I was trying to create an organization and a space. How can I do that? I've deployed phoenix using docker. I'm not able to find any options related to organization or space. GraphQL is one way I can do it programmatically. I wanted to do it via the UI. Is it possible?
